Assistant Managers will utilize knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy’s policies and procedures; the Assistant Manager position is responsible for providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer. Maintains fast, accurate service and provides top-notch customer service to every guest that comes into our quick service restaurant
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Complies with food safety procedures
- Works with management team to meet sales goals
- Manages food and labor costs
- Executes company policies and procedures
- Monitors food inventory levels
- Manages and maintains safe working conditions
- Manages crew member employees
- Interviews and recommends crew members for hiring
- Provides proper training for crew members
Qualifications
- 1 Year of restaurant experience
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid and active driver license
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
