Our company started as a family owned and operated business and even though we now have more than 500 employees, there is still a strong sense of family, a fact I consider to be one of our greatest competitive advantages. As LaTrelle’s has continued to steadily grow, I have sought to add members to our “family” that share our priority of cultivating a company culture where teamwork and collaboration are literally second nature. Upon graduating from Stephen F. Austin University, LaTrelle joined the family business as the Director of Human Resources. Known for having a keen eye for spotting new talent, LaTrelle seeks to further the company’s vision of growth and success by carefully nurturing it’s most valuable resource ─ people. LaTrelle believes building and managing the LaTrelle’s workforce is the most rewarding job in the company. LaTrelle oversees all aspects of human resources, from job descriptions and payroll to benefits packages for management.
